About the session:
Our sessions are capped at:
Adults - 6 members per session
Juniors - 8 members per session
This is to ensure that every member gets all the attention from our coach that they require.

Yes— sessions are structured to suit all levels.

For your trial session, no gear is needed. Gloves will be provided. After your trial, you’ll need to purchase your own equipment for hygiene reasons.
You’ll need:
Boxing gloves
Hand wraps (recommended)
To take part in the optional sparring you’ll need:
Muay Thai / MMA shin guards
Mouth guard
We recommend 14oz boxing gloves.

2–3 times per week is ideal, but even 1 session per week will make a huge difference!

Yes— it’s one of the highest calorie-burning training methods.

Adult session is for ages 15 years and above, but there is no limit to how old you can be! Our team caters for any age and ability.
Juniors sessions are for ages 10-14 years old.
