Why Train Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is one of the most effective ways to improve your fitness while learning a practical skill. At ThreeSixty Gym, our sessions combine authentic striking techniques with high-intensity conditioning to deliver real results.

Unlike standard gym workouts, Muay Thai training develops:

About the session:

Our sessions are capped at:

  • Adults - 6 members per session

  • Juniors - 8 members per session

This is to ensure that every member gets all the attention from our coach that they require.

What Happens in a Session?

  • Warm-up & mobility

  • Technique coaching (strikes, defence, combos)

  • Pad work / Bag work

  • Optional sparring with a partner

  • Conditioning finishers

  • Cool down

Every session is coached, structured, and designed to push your limits.

Session Times:

ADULTS:

(Age 15+)

MONDAY:

  • 19:30-20:30

WEDNESDAY:

JUNIORS:

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes— sessions are structured to suit all levels.

  • For your trial session, no gear is needed. Gloves will be provided. After your trial, you’ll need to purchase your own equipment for hygiene reasons.

    You’ll need:

    • Boxing gloves

    • Hand wraps (recommended)

    To take part in the optional sparring you’ll need:

    • Muay Thai / MMA shin guards

    • Mouth guard

    We recommend 14oz boxing gloves.

  • 2–3 times per week is ideal, but even 1 session per week will make a huge difference!

  • Yes— it’s one of the highest calorie-burning training methods.

  • Adult session is for ages 15 years and above, but there is no limit to how old you can be! Our team caters for any age and ability.

    Juniors sessions are for ages 10-14 years old.
