    Drawing from my background in science and engineering, I programme with precision — removing guesswork and focusing on proven methods that deliver measurable results. My goal is simple: make every session purposeful and every rep count.

    Matthew Borland Sports Rehabilitation Therapist

    I’m a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist with experience working in multiple London clinics and alongside sports teams, including Sutton United. I specialise in evidence-based rehabilitation, supporting everyone from athletes to members of the general public — including those managing long-term conditions.

    Using a combination of exercise therapy, movement rehabilitation, manual techniques, and injury prevention strategies, I focus not just on treating injuries, but on reducing pain, restoring strength and mobility, and helping clients return safely to sport, work, and everyday life.

    Dr. Sharief Ibrahim, MRCP, FRCP, IFMCP

    Consultant Physician and Metabolic Health Specialist

    Dr Sharief Ibrahim is the most senior functional medicine doctor in the UK, an internationally recognised speaker, consultant physician and Functional Medicine practitioner.
    Dr Ibrahim qualified from Khartoum medical school (MBBS) in Sudan in 1980. He completed higher medical training in the prestigious London Southeast region, rotating between Guy’s, St Thomas, and King’s College hospitals. He gained CCST (consultant status), entered the GMC Specialist Register Number: 4381457.

    Dr Ibrahim is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of London (MRCP), a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCP), and a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFMCP) in the US.
    Dr Ibrahim left the NHS after 30 years with a passion for seeking and addressing the root cause of health and ageing decline by restoring body function rather than prescribing drugs.
    Dr Ibrahim is the founder and the lead clinician of The Vitality Clinic, a functional medicine clinic in Weybridge, Surrey, and London Harley Street.

    Hi, I’m Alison, a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist helping individuals to enhance their results from training.

    My interest in nutrition started through my own experience. I spent years struggling with my relationship with food, low confidence in my body, skin issues, and the pressure of a demanding career. When I finally learned how to fuel my body properly, everything changed. My energy improved, my training felt stronger and my body confidence soared.
