
At ThreeSixty we offer confidence building, fitness gaining, non-contact group Martial Arts classes for both Adults and Juniors (11+).
Our blended approach includes elements of boxing, kick boxing and Muay Thai plus essential self-defence skills.
Join our professionally trained MA PT’s for 60-minute classes that will help your reach your fitness goals in a fun, inclusive and varied programme. In groups of up to 4 (adults) or 8 (juniors), you’ll be on the mats, bags and with the pads and can book sessions that work for your schedule.
